THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Applicants who completed secondary education in UAE are required to submit the secondary school certificate granting access to higher education in UAE, accompanied by a NAWA recognition statement.

Diplomas obtained in UAE must be officially recognized by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Candidates should apply for the recognition statement online directly though NAWAAn exception applies to certificates issued within the education systems of EU, EFTA, or OECD member states (e.g. GCE/A-level), which are recognized automatically and therefore do not require a NAWA recognition statement.

Final diploma grades from UAE secondary schools are not converted into recruitment points, therefore all applicants must take an entrance examination as follows:

  • Medicine or Dentistry – entrance exam in Biology and one additional subject of their choice: Chemistry or Physics.
  • other study programs – entrance exam requirements depend on the specific program regulations.

The entrance exam is conducted online as an oral examination via Microsoft Teams. More information is available on our website: Entrance exam preparation
